He has a significant level of experience in general civil matters, protective orders, and misdemeanors. As a lifelong resident of Virginia, David serves clients throughout the greater Fredericksburg area.

David earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Mary Washington. He attended law school at Catholic University, gaining admittance to the Virginia State Bar in 2005. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys running and spending time with his family.
